Celebrate National Poetry Month with the Poems That Love You Workshop! This nurturing, retreat-like space will support you in creatively engaging with self-compassion poems so you can more fully receive their wisdom. We'll explore art journaling and how making marks on a page translates into finding more courage and self-compassion in everyday life.
