"I've been interested in joining an Everyday Self-Compassion course for many years, ever since a friend attended and told me all the benefits she received. Juggling so many different things in life made it very hard to prioritize and make space for the course. There always seemed to be some obstacle between work and family responsibilities. This time, I finally made space for the 8 week course and I'm so grateful that I did! The course was so thoughtfully designed by Lea, and each week there was time for learning, experiential exercises and connection with other group members. Lea's knowledge about self-compassion and skill as a facilitator was incredible, and her creativity was infused throughout the course.
